This is Jimmy Kalogriopoulos, Founder and Managing Director of Kalos Civil Group.

With over a decade of hands-on industry experience, Jimmy began his career in 2011 at just 13 years of age as a labourer/apprentice machine operator. He was fortunate to start out with a great company that gave him an opportunity and took the time to teach him the ropes. His early exposure to large-scale projects—including highway service stations, environmental earthworks, demolition works, subdivisions, and basements—helped build a strong and well-rounded foundation across multiple sectors of the construction industry.

In 2021, he founded Kalos Civil Group, establishing an office and yard in Epping and growing the business into a team of multiple skilled workers. What started with a single 1.7-ton excavator has now expanded into a diverse fleet of more than 20 pieces of equipment, allowing the company to successfully deliver projects of all sizes and complexities.

Known for being personable and approachable, Jimmy leads with high attention to detail and thrives under pressure. One of his strongest skills is problem-solving—delivering efficient and safe solutions no matter the challenge. Consistently working to meet and exceed client expectations, his philosophy is simple: treat every project as if it were his own. This approach, combined with his practical knowledge and leadership, continues to drive Kalos Civil Group’s growth and reputation for delivering quality outcomes.
